Reviewers shall:
Maintain confidentiality regarding all manuscripts assigned to them.
Accept only those manuscripts that match their academic expertise and can be evaluated impartially.
Provide constructive and objective feedback to improve the quality of submissions.
Declare any potential conflicts of interest before reviewing.
Refrain from using unpublished material for personal or professional advantage.
The Ishan Law Journal shall:
Employ credible plagiarism detection tools during manuscript screening.
Maintain transparent submission, review, and publication procedures in line with international best practices.
Address allegations of misconduct (e.g., plagiarism, data fabrication, or authorship disputes) impartially and promptly.
Retract or issue corrections for any publication found to be unethical or erroneous, accompanied by a public statement.
Encourage responsible scholarship and uphold academic freedom within the bounds of integrity.
Authors are expected to cooperate fully during such proceedings.
